what data we collect

contact form — name, company, email, phone and your message.
security assessment — your questionnaire answers and the contact details you provide to receive the report.
newsletter — email and name, only if you tick the subscription box.
site statistics — we use aggregated, cookieless traffic analytics; we do not build individual visitor profiles or use tracking cookies.

what we use it for

responding to your request and preparing proposals;
generating and sending your security assessment report;
sending the newsletter — only with your consent, cancellable in one click via the link in every email.

we use your data for nothing else. no data is sold, and nothing is shared for third-party marketing.

where it is stored

data is stored and processed by the technical providers that run this site's infrastructure: site hosting and delivery, the database, and transactional email delivery. access is restricted to our team and limited to what is needed to answer your request.

for how long

we keep contact details for as long as needed to answer the request and maintain the business relationship. the newsletter subscription lasts until you unsubscribe; on cancellation the email is marked inactive and receives no further communications.

your rights

you can ask, at any time, for access to the data we hold about you, its correction, or its deletion. just write to hello@simplesolutions.co.mz — we reply on business days, normally within 2 hours.
