the context

a project at the scale of the country

the client needed to modernise the network and power infrastructure of its facilities across the country — from the maputo headquarters to provincial and district offices.

this was not a single-building project. it was 320 sites spread across 10 provinces, each with its own reality: ageing buildings, degraded electrical installations and critical equipment that could not stop during the works.

the project demanded full traceability: every site auditable, every material specified, every delivery certified and documented.
