the context

two incidents. one decision.

the client operates in a sector where security is not theoretical: construction yards, quarries and offices with high-value equipment, spread across the country.

first contact came after a break-in at the maputo head office. we installed the ajax intrusion system — problem solved. shortly after, a warehouse fire at the main yard confirmed the company needed more than isolated alarms: it needed integrated detection, surveillance and response.

what began as an emergency installation grew, project by project, until the client appointed us exclusive technology partner for all electronic security systems — with a preventive and corrective maintenance contract, daily remote monitoring and a written sla.

dahua ip cctv — 88 cameras

bullet, dome and ptz cameras at every site, with continuous-recording nvrs. monthly validation of recording integrity and retention periods.

ajax intrusion & fire — 134 devices

pir sensors, smoke and heat detectors, sirens and panels. monthly operational tests and preventive battery replacement before they fail.

access control

biometric and credential readers, magnetic locks and hydraulic door closers. quarterly permission reviews and physical inspection of devices.

daily remote monitoring

daily connectivity checks on every device, automatic failure alerts and an incident log — intrusion, power failure, camera offline.
